Hands On Mission Team

The Hands on Mission Team leads our church in mission work locally and around the world.
They determine local needs and develop ways for our church to help fulfill them. We often partner with other churches and organizations to have a bigger impact. We periodically sponsor both national and international mission trips. We collect funds to support national and global missions as well. Within our church we provide keep up a Community Resource board. You can also find resources in our community for various needs here. We are always happy to welcome new people to this team. Some of our recent projects include:
A Free Community Dinner the last Thursday of each month
Funding 75 rescue blankets through Church World Service
Collecting food donations for Thanksgiving Baskets
Giving teacher appreciation gifts to all the teachers in town
Organizing a Back-to-School event with book bags, hair cuts, and school pictures for area children
Supporting Heifer Project International
Supporting our Ecumenical Food and Clothing Pantry
