At Whitney Point UMC our vision is to love and serve God and our community. In order to do both of those things well during this time, we will be holding worship online only.
Join us for virtual worship on Sundays 10am on our website (Sermons tab) or on our Facebook page. You can also join us there for a Facebook Live coffee hour chat at 11am where we can share prayer requests and fellowship. You do not need a Facebook account to watch the live video on our page and you will be able to watch both videos anytime after they are posted.
Please send in your offering to the church by mail (7311 Collins St. Whitney Point NY 13862) or you can give online through Paypal.
We will also be suspending Bible studies for the time being but you can join us in an online Bible study discussion on Facebook.
We will be monitoring the guidance of health officials and will continue to post updated information here, on our Facebook page, and to our email list about worship, meetings, and events in the weeks ahead.
As we make adjustments to protect the most vulnerable in our community, we will continue to follow the Way of Christ, showing love to our neighbors. We know sometimes that will mean being inconvenienced for the health and safety others. In all we do we will continue to trust and rely on God who is our refuge and strength.
